Cannot sync to Outlook

When I try to sync my 8703e to Outlook the Blackberry desktop software displays a message saying that I have not configured an application to sync to. I could not find anything in the on-line help about how to configure the Blackberry desktop software to sync to Outlook. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

When you launch the Manager click the Synchronize App.

Click on the Configuration Tab

Click the Configure Synch... Button

Setup the required sync options using Outlook when prompted.
