Hi, I just got a Torch 9810 and am trying to verify my blackberry ID but every time I try to login I get this message: "Unable to login to your Blackberry ID account". I have reset the password, and still does not work. I have uninstalled and re-installed the blackberry app world but still get the same message. Help me, please!

Hi I have the same problem with Bold 9900.
After downloding and installing the newer version of appworld it started.
I have changed my password several times.
I can log on to Blackberry ID website and to Blackberry protect website through computer,
but not from the handheld, I get that same error message.
In the blackberry protect website I cannot remote wipe because it says the phone is rejecting the website.
I have done a handheld wipe,
reeinstalled appworld( unfortunately it only installs the newer version),
soft and hard resets,
Nothing seems to work.
It's sad because I like the phone, but if I cannot install any apps at all then the phone is kind of outdated
in today's world.
