I recommend your next steps are you contact your wireless carrier and request a full understanding of the services you have. Please confirm that you are using BlackBerry Data Services with you wireless service plan. Can you also please reply with the exact error message and the BlackBerry smartphone you are using?

You need BlackBerry data subscription, not the ordinary Supersurf. Please see this link for more about BlackBerry data plan for Talk & Text: http://go.talkntext.ph/internet/article/view/624/

Thank you! But then can i just use our wifi at home??
Yes you can.
Another thing, they automatically deduct a load from me when i have a regular load, even if i don't use the internet connection., thats why the customer care just tell me to turn of my data services.
Yes. Because you are using your regular load when your Data Service is ON. If you are not subscribed to any BlackBerry promo, you can switch to OFF. Better use your Wi-Fi at home.
And also make sure your applications are up to date.
