Cant access my phone, it says Enter "blackberry" to continue

My phone is on I can receive call and SMS but its refusing to open. When I press the unlock button it says press "blackberry" to continue, have tried this countless times but it always bring me to the same screen. Please assists

It sounds like you've entered the password incorrectly too many times, being asked to enter the word "blackberry"  usually is asked after the fifth incorrect attempt and again after the 9th.


Are you sure you are entering 'blackberry'?


Can you connect with the PC and enter the 'blackberry' on the PC keyboard? (after starting up the BlackBerry Desktop Software)
