Cant access network

Its been 3 days since my internet conection stopped working. ive tried everything, restarting phone taking out battery. I cant get a registor code either. What should i do ? I really need my phone back. I can get text messages but no internet no bbm nothing ! Help me

Please refresh or resend your Service Book. See this article.

How to clear and refresh the service book database if the BlackBerry smartphone is unable to send or...

 

If still persists, contact your service provider.
