i recently got a used bb 9000 from my brother and ever since i got it i have not been able to connect to the bis service. when he gave it to me it wasnt turning on so i reinstalled the software. i sent the registration serveral times and had no feedback. also jst this week i found that when i connect to my ccomputer it will charge alright but neither my computer or desktop software can find the device since it doesnt show any connected device. PLEASE I NEED HELP URGENTLY. IM IN GHANA

Thank you very much for the early reply.
Yesterday i visited my network provider and they claim they have sent a mail to the technical guys and they are working on it but its been over a month now and I'm really frustrated. Also the phone is branded by 3 mobile so i dont know if that can also be a problem.

Call your mobile provider and ask them if you have the correct BlackBerry Data Plan on your account.
