Car bluetooth sync with contacts

For the first time I am using my BB as my personal phone as well as for business. I have over 12,000 business contacts on my BB but only about 25 personal contacts on my SIM card.  When i get into my car which is Bluetooth enabled, the phone book tries to download.  I am pretty confident that it is trying to download the 12,000 contacts because it tries for some time and then stops and does not download anything (neither my business contacts or personal contacts).  Is there a way I can direct the device to look at my SIM card contacts only?  Many thanks.

Re: Car bluetooth sync with contacts

I kind of doubt it because mine combines them, even duplicates on both phone and SIM.
