Re: Change Blackberry OS (9330)

Hello chamathpali

There are no such Global BlackBerry OS version !

Every OS Bundles were developed by BlackBerry and then respective Carrier release those version after performing few test .  If you want to use an OS pack from a different Carrier then yes you can do that .But after Installing the OS on your PC you have to delete a few VENDOR.XML files .

You can download the OS you desire from here  BlackBerry Software Download Site  , be sure you're downloading for the same device model that you have . Vendor .Xml files can be found n those location :

  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
  • C:\Users\Windows UserName\AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML

Good luck.
