Change default email address on 9930

The popular solution appears to be OPTIONS > DEVICE > ADVANCED SYSTEM SETTINGS > DEFAULT SERVICES. 

 

I'm selecting Options from the Home screen but I can't see DEVICE.

Hi andrew-k and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums!

 

Make sure you are going into the Options icon, which appears as a wrench on your home screen. You will then see a list of additional options starting with Sounds and Ring Tones. Device will appear in this list.

 

It sounds like you are pressing the menu key from your home screen then selecting Options, which will take you into the Home Screen Preferences.
