After cleaning my current SIM card and reinstalling my BB did not recognize the current SIM card and requested my Password. Since I did forgot it I did create a new one. After restarting many time my BB device I am now at the 9th attempt and continuously the new password is rejected. For your info the surname and e-mail is 100% correct.
Could you please help me?

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums.
Though I am not an Specialist but still , Sometime if you have a mixture of different characters in our password,and probably you are not able to enter those on the Device keyboard. For example , if your password is
to get jun123 on your device.
So while on the BlackBerry keyboard you may think you are typing jun123, you are actually typing jun1er.
You need to type the Correct password that you had set or else after entering incorrect password one more time will result in complete device wipe deleting all data within your device.
Click " Like " if you want to Thank someone.
If Problem Resolves mark the post(s) as " Solution ", so that other can make use of it.

You will not believe it, but the SIM card was simply wrongly placed. I cannot believe that BB did not find a Pokejoke solution for this, it should be the same as inserting a Memory Card, you can do it in just one way: the right way.
