Changing Blackberry 8520 housing/faceplate

Recently the front of my Blackberry 8520 snapped off leaving the top part and media buttons revealed.
I have insurance on it but I'm not sure if it would be covered by it or should I purchase and replace the whole housing myself?

In the rare case that I manage to help you, plez give kudos Smiley Very Happy

Re: Changing Blackberry 8520 housing/faceplate

Hello !

Yes you can claim it if it is insured.

Because it is the Hardware Panel problem, which cannot be resolved with the Forum discussion.

So would recommend that kindly visit your nearest Authorised BlackBerry Service Centre for better handling of the issue.

Hope this resolves your Problem!
