Rogers apparently changed servers so I had to change my email password on my laptop and since then I cannot change the password on my blackberry nor can I get into 'email accounts' under setup.
I click on it and it just hangs there. Then when I try to get out of setup, it hangs and I have to shut down the phone....
I've spoken to two people at Rogers, the first telling me how to change the password, the second not knowing anything....
I took out the battery while the phone was on then turned it back on as I had read in another post but it hasn't 'reset' anything.
I've ust tried to send an email and it won't send as it says my 'user account is in invalid mode'....
I'd like to get my email access back please....

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books (pre-BB10 devices only)
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should try deleting and re-adding your configurations for the affected email accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.
