Following problems with my old curve, the company have provided a new 9720.
I went into setup to link my emails. The new device was detected and my email shown, then it asks for a password.
I dont know this password.
My company IT provider reset my outlook password and we tried this but it didnt work.
I contacted the phone provider who were also unable to help.
If you know which way I should turn, please let me know.

I am facing the same problem with my 9720, which I bought and got data from my 9220. Can anyone help get this sorted I sent mail to BB support, received a mail that they will get back, but during this time facing a lot of challenge for not receiving mails.
