Changing my username on my blackberry as that email address no longer works

Can anyone save my day.  My blackberry has just apparently renewed my SIM and needs me to enter my password.  I have tried the password I have written down but it isnt working.  In order to put a new password in I need an email to be sent to my username.  As my website is down and web emails I wont get this email (one of those times and like living in a nightmare!).  How can I change the username or get into my phone?

Re: Changing my username on my blackberry as that email address no longer works

Are you sure you are being asked for device password of the BlackBerryID password?

Or perhpas a SIM card PIN or password?

Can you please relay exactly what is being asked for?

Oh maybe it is for the SIM password but I dont know that either - it is saying Blackberry ID password and asking for Blackberry ID sign in?

Ok. IF it is indeed asking for the BlackBerryID password...

You do NOT know your BlackBerryID password.

Is that BlackBerryID username associated with an O2 email account, such as "yourname@O2.blackberry.net"?

Perhaps you're not typing it in correctly.
