Changing net-provider


I change my net provider in Germany. I quit Vodafone and are using Fonic now. But now I have problems with the internet and the blackberry app store. I can't download the appstore and I can't go on Facebook and some other pages.

Does someone got an idea what I have to do?

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan? Did you purchase it from FONIC as an add on service? One that you top up once a month or whenever?

Have you tried contacting FONIC to ensure that you have the proper service?

I already talked to Fonic but they have no experience with BB...!

Hello !


I guess in your case you need to switch over to that network which provides you with BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) Plan.


Because Vodafone do provide you an add on BIS Service.


So now you need to look for any other option accordingly.
