Re: Checking email from site that use Outlook Web Access Lite

I'm pretty sure it is 2003. Is it possible that Allstate does not pay for the blackberry platform and that is why it won't work and would be corrected with another smartphone?

Re: Checking email from site that use Outlook Web Access Lite

Anything is possible. But I still have a recollection of another user having a challenge to get it to work with your allstate system, but ultimately being successful. Keep searching for them...and most especially keep searching for their posted solution...the person may no longer be active on this forum and therefore may not respond, but the old solution will still be in the forum.

Re: Checking email from site that use Outlook Web Access Lite

all you need is a blackberry dataplan and OWA access without ISA

get all the correct info from your IT department

has nothing to do with allstate vs blackberry.

its knowing your environment and knowing how to gather the correct info.

ask your IT department whether its exchange 2003 or 2007. ask them if OWA or even imap access is an option. if imap need to know the URL, if imap, need to know the server and port.

need to ask them if ISA is implimented

once you can answer those accurately, we can help you get this integrated.

dont pretty sure the answer, call or email your IT department and ask for sure
