Client has just gotten new international phone. Its working fine except for one issue. He reports when he receives an e-mail that has attachments that are in link format, he can not access them. He clicks on the link which then gives him a message the this computer has restricted this link.
I am familiar with this message in regards to using a desktop, but have not seen this on a Blackberry before. Can someone direct me to a URL that explains this and has a resolution?

If it ends in .lnk
the sender sent a link (knot a URL) to them and it will knot open.
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
