Clock Locker By Vu Xuan Hien

Hello I downloaded subject application Clock Locker By Xuan Hien on BB Curve 8320 from BB app. world . After installing it locked all resources and on home screen of application appears with a message " This app require KEY file to display your information! please contact me via email" I sent message on given email address but no reply received even after passing 24 hours. Due to that i am not able to use my phone because all resources are blocked. Please help. Regards

Thanks for the question.

 

I would suggest rebooting the BlackBerry Curve 8320 smartphone into safe mode and then remove the application from Settings>Application Management and then restart it back into normal mode.

Thanks for your reply, The OS of my phone is 4.5.0.182. Can I use same process you explained above or had to do something else.
