I have 2 mail accounts on BIS that seem to have a problem with co-existing... let's call them mailbox 1 & mailbox 2. These share the same mail server and "from"/"reply to" address, but nothing else. Essentially mailbox 2 is the "old" one and mailbox 1 is the "new" one, as I have moved from one mailbox to another.
On BIS-web/device portal both mailboxes exist, but on the device only one does. All the messages on mailbox 2 are shown, and under "received using", the mailbox name is correctly displayed. But there's no service-book to support it, and for all intents and purposes it's ony in "All messages" is this account visible. Everywhere else that has settings mailbox-specific, this doesn't appear.
If I change the name of mailbox 2 on BIS, this mailbox appears... but it knocks out mailbox 1 completely. I can replicate this completely.
