Connect BB Bold 9900 with HS 700

I bought the HS 700 to phone while driving. It works fantastic, but from one day to the other it stopped working. 

Now I have no idea how to fix the problem.

I tried to restart the phone - nothing.

I charged the HS 700 - nothing.

I have tried to connect the Phone and the headset as often as possible - nothing.

Does anyone her have an idea, what to do?
