Hi, My BB Bold-9700 get hanged as soon as I connect to BB application world via data cable. There is no problem when I connect it to BB desktop SW.
Pls support !!!

Please confirm that you're following the below steps -
To install items on your BlackBerry® device, you must connect your device to your computer using a USB cable, and you must be logged in to the BlackBerry App World™ storefront with your BlackBerry® ID.
