Connector Specific Error.

Well I have tried all what is mentioned with the link here and I still can´t get it work!
I´m a business persons and I have a BB for business purpose! Nevertheless it seems that I have to study IT for RIM items in order to be able to use my BB.
How can you ask from a simple user to go through so many steps in order to solve a problem you software is coursing? The same applies when it comes to the "update" of software for the handheld!!! Even after 4,5 hours this is not complete and then it takes you another hour to get your settings for your emails back. This is not at all user friendly and no wonder why other companies are doing so much better.
I have even purchased the Playbook... which is good but not as good as others on the market.
I have been a great fan of BB / RIM for many years... but now I think its time for a change... as this drives me crazy.
