Contact Conflict resolution - How to select the device?

Struggling with selecting either Device (Bold 9900) or PC Outlook Contacts as correct update


I have always updated contacts on both with out issue.

Just downloaded latest? Desktop Software 7.1 Bundle 2108


I have 43 conflicts some are stupid like which day is (insert national Holiday)


I used to open each conflict then click on the correct one.


I have clicked every where with no luck??

Also tried the 4 options on bottom of conflict.

-Device is right

-PC is right

Create new item

Do nothing.


If I select one of the options with out the apply to all. It closes the window and does nothing.


What am I missing?
