Updated Desktop Software awhile back. When I synced I ended up with double entries on my contact list. Did not have time to deal with it. This week I wiped my phone to do the contact list again. Before doing that another update came for the desktop software. After updating I downloaded my contacts from Microsoft Outlook. Not all my contacts were downloaded. When I synced again I had double entries of what was already there and I'm still missing contacts. What might I be doing wrong?

To better assist you with this problem, are your contacts showing the correct total number in Microsoft® Outlook? If yes, I would suggest completing the following:
1. First backup your BlackBerry® Smartphone as shown here: http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/KB12487.
2. Go into Options> Device> Advanced System Settings> Default Services> Set you default contact list.
3. Clear your contacts database as shown here: http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/KB10167.
4. Synchronize your contacts back to the BlackBerry® smartphone.
