Contact List

On my 8700r I have all my personal contacts in the Address Book.

Is there a way to have 2 Address Books - 1 with all Personal contacts, and 1 with all Business contacts?

Re: Contact List

Hi there Alan,

There isn't a way to have 2 addresss books, but there is a way to categorize and quickly filter your contacts. To do this, go to a contact and hit menu and select edit. Hit menu again and select 'categories'. Check the appropriate category (or both if applicable) and save.

After you have categorized your contacts, you can go into address book again, hit menu and select 'filter'. Select the category you want to view and there ya go! It would be useful to make a habit of categorizing all your contacts as you add new ones.

Hope that helped!
