Contacts not active on BBM after switching device

I switched between two 9900's and now most of my BBM contacts appear greyed and I can not receive messages from them. What can I do to have all of them active again?

Actually the only contacts greyed out are from out of the country. Also no new contact invite to international friends goes through, only works for Canada.
