My 3rd Torch and 5th overall BB with a non working cursor pad (2 Bolds prior). I love my BB's but ultimately I'm frustrated, I was looking at the BB10 phones but now have an appointment set up to look at Galaxies and Windows phones. Hate to leave BB but I'm due for an upgrade, my Torch is not working to standard. I cannot see wasting my upgrade to pay for a new BB with this current revelation. Any solutions or customer service lines I can reach out to?
