Hey guys my mom got a new used curve(mainly cause her old 8330 is slowly dying) When I try to activate it using *228 it calls it and says its calling but nothing happens. Then it says activation is unsuccessful. I've called verizon but they couldnt get it to work either(maybe I just got a person that doesnt know what they are doing) Has anyone had this problem before? Any help is greatly appricated!
