Curve 8330-please help

I purchase this yesterday and for two main purposes

1. to view the video cameras @ my store through the internet like I can in my home computre

...it allows me into the program, but cannot see any video?

2. to access logmein.com to view my store computers like I do @ home.

...I am able to go into logmein.com put in my information successfully, but does not show my computers?

Any idea if there is going to be or if there is a fix for this? If not is there a phone through verizon that would do these things?

Thanks for any assistance.

Re: Curve 8330-please help

Im assuming by logging into your work computers, you hope to view the streaming video feeds?

Im noticing that a majority of feeds or in this case streaming videos are not compatible with the BB video formats. On some occassions i can view You Tube videos. YouPorn, another favorite site of mine... "yeah so, i enjoy a good adult flick so what..." Thats site doesnt work at all.

The BlackBerry smartphone only supports videos that are encoded as MPEG-4 Part 2 Simple Profile or H.263.

check your system see what it is outputting. happy BB'ing

What about downloading the media from the internet? I just bought a 4G microSD. Is there anyway that you can tell the BB to download files to the card or do I have to download it to my computer then use the Media Manager to move?
