Curve 8520 reboot problem

Is my phone completely broken? It said I could upgrade one of the apps on my phone and then when the update was done, my phone rebooted and it hasnt stopped since. I've taken the battery and my SIM card out, and it keeps doing it.

Please attempt Safe Mode so as to remove the offending app:
