Curve 9300 Keyboard issue


I am new to the board, so I am not sure if this board is more software than hardware related - Had a look the search facility first to see if I can find my issue.

My blackberry is just over a year old now, and for some reason the e and p key have stopped working.. its had a easy life as phones go so don't understand how this can happen. No other problems other than that - I managed to wipe and do a factory reset to see if that helps, but no avail Smiley Surprised(


Anyone else had this problem or advise?

Unfortunately, this sounds like a hardware problem and the device will likely need to be replaced.  Since it's over a year old it is likely out of warranty.  Short of repairing the keyboard by disassembling the device there is likely little that can be done.
