Are you inside a building or an apartment? Have you checked the phone signals in other locations?

I can't go on like this please help. When trying to make a call it says "Network unavailable". When I check my airtime balance it says "Supplementery error. General error".

Re: Curve 9300 disconnects from the network - no BBM, emails etc - send or receiving

Ok then why don't you try calling MTN Customer service and ask them if there's any service outage around your area?

When calling tell them the exact location and it would be great that if you know that from which nearest tower the signal comes.

Just give it a try.
