My wife has a Blackberry Curve 9300 on O2 in the UK. My wife locks the phone, tests that it is locked ok, which it is. Then she puts it in her handbag. She'll then take it out a bit later, and the phone will be unlocked, sometimes with something open. How can this happen? The only way of unlocking it is using the unlock button on the top of the device, which isn't easy, even when you're trying to. Is there something that would cause this?
Many thanks in advance for any help.

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.
The BlackBerry® smartphone may be unlocking when moving around in the handbag, as a test I would suggest locking the keypad and sitting it on a table as a test to see if the BlackBerry® smartphone unlocks on its own.
I the BlackBerry® smartphone does unlock on its own I would suggest to do a clean reload of the BlackBerry® device software as shown here:
How to perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry® Device Software for Windows
Please test before restoring any data to the BlackBerry® device.
