Curve 9300

Hi folks, new to Blackberry !

I have the curve 9300, like it a lot but cannot get blackberry apps (any) to download or function on the phone. Any idea why this might be cos its very frustrating.

The message which comes up is..."item selected cannot be displayed" ... then it says......"Unsupported media type"

Any ideas?

Re: Curve 9300

Hi there, I'm having a problem with the music player and I'm wondering if you can help. Previously music would play out of the headphones, however now when I plug them in you can see the audio source quickly change to the headphone sign and then it changes back to the loudspeaker, it simply refuses to play music through headphones. I have read about this same problem with other blackberry's, leading me to believe this is a software fault, especially as my phone instantaneously registers the headphones, anyway I was wondering if you guys had a solution for this yet. I'm on virgin mobile in the uk and my software version is, just in case that helps. I've tried turning it on and off, taking out the battery and everything, plugging it into the computer, hoping for the os6 update, hoping it will solve this problem but obviously it's not out yet, any help would be much appreciated, sam
