Curve 9320/9360 7.1 update issues - can't scroll!

Have had the same problem on some of our Curves with the 7.1 update. They can't scroll through text message/message conversations using the trackpad. With the 9360s its fine as if we downgrade to 7.0 the problem doesn't happen, but the 9320s come with 7.1 so there isn't an option to downgrade.

Given your description, I would report this to your original place of purchase and seek formal support.
