Curve 9320 update froze

I set my new curve 9320 to update via the desktop software about 20/30 minutes ago, and the update seems to have just froze on me Smiley Sad It says 'downloaded modules 259 out of 1525' and has said that for about 15-20 minutes. Is this normal or do I have to restart it?

No apologies needed.  You will have to restart it if its still stuck.


You can try downloading and installing the device software from


and update the device using the deskop manager or try this:
force the detection of the BlackBerry smartphone using Application Loader
