Curve 9360 Sim Card

My sim card had problem without reason i just opened my blackberry ( it's new ) i bought him less than 1 month. It's saying Sim card error something like this and I tryed to Open it and remove my sim card and put it back. And now it's saying that my sim card aint connected.... Whats the problem? 

P.S : Sorry i'm french for my bad spelling

Thank you for your question regarding the SIM card error you are receiving on your BlackBerry smartphone,

 

If you have reinserted your battery and SIM card and still receive the same error message, we suggest that you contact your wireless service provider to investigate this issue for you.
