I had given my Blackberry for service on 20/03/2013 due to display problem to authorized blackberry service center. My phone is under replacement since 20/03/2013. More than a month has gone by, but still the company is unable to replace handset - Curve 9360. I am fed up of such poor service of Blackberry. Even the customer care number is not responsive.

I'm sorry to hear about the experience you're having with the repair center. However the only ones that can provide an update would be your network service provider as they handle the warranty.
