My Device: Blackberry Curve 9380

Curve 9380 Os 7.1 update.. HELP.

I was updating my blackberry's software through the desktop manager, then out of no where it said my device had been disconnected (even though it hadn't) and it told me to re-connect the device, so I did. Now whenever I connect it to my mac it tells me the disk wasn't ejected properly and that it's corrupt and I need to reformat it. Now on the desktop manager I can't update the software, or even click anything.

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
