Help! The track pad on my Curve has been acting up for a week or so and then, today, completely stopped working altogether. I updated the softwear, which made it even worse because now, all I have is a disclaimer to sign, but no track pad to make it scroll. Help me, please!!???
I have tried rebooting repeatedly. I have tried pressing the metal plate in the back. I need a new fix, not a new phone. I am job hunting and of course, this is the number on my resume!!! I am in no position to buy a new phone.
