For the past few weeks my 9360 Curve has been shutting down whenever I make a phone call, take a picture, receive more then one email at once, turn on the wifi etc. Even if I pull the battery and put it back in, the phone will not turn on until it is connected to a charger. When I connect the phone to the charger, it immediately shows that the battery is back to the level that it was before I made the call, email, picture etc. I have left my cell phone charging for ten hours a few times and it still does this. I tried upgrading the operating system but that did not help (currently the OS is 7.1.0 Bundle 2841).
I have not added any new apps, and I only use my phone for texting, calling, email and the internet
If anyone could help me resolve this issue that would be much appreciated!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
Please try this sequence...note that, throughout the entire 4h15m process, your BB must remain directly connected to a known-good wall charger (not PC USB, not a cradle):
This has been known to "kick start" some BBs.
It is also possible that your battery or BB has experienced a problem...to test, this sequence is needed:
The results of this will indicate if it's your BB or your battery that has the problem. Note carefully please that "new" and "know good" are not necessarily the same things. While rare, a "new" battery certainly could be defective. Rather, the simplest (and least costly, btw) method to conduct this test is to find someone with an identical BB who has no issues...trade batteries and see what happens.
Good luck and let us know!

I tried everything you posted below and nothing worked; the "kick start" didn't work, my phone still shut down using a fully charged identical battery that worked fine in another curve, and my battery worked fine in another phone.
Any other ideas?
