All of the sudden today, my phone won't sync with Outlook. It starts to sync and a box pops up that says "Blackberry Desktop Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close". It is stopping in the sync during the calander and it keeps stopping at "record 95 of 2403 records". Then a box pops up asking if I want to send the error to Microsoft, which I did. When I went to their link they said the problem is with RIM.
Any suggestions for me are very much appreciated!

Hi and welcome to the forums!
You have a corrupt record in Outlook calendar, is it stopping on near the exact record.
Use this procedure to provide a resolution. Instead of address book use calendar. For Intellisync
sure the sync options on your DM.

Thanks so much for the reply. I ended up finding something online late yesterday and tried that. It had to do with removing my Intellisync folder and then syncing. And it worked. ....I wish it hadn't taken me all day---but thank goodness the problem is solved. Thank you very, very much for replying!
