Desktop software won't work on Windows 7 PC.. It takes a long time to download then when you try to open it, itpartially opens then stalls and sits there. I have tried deleting and getting rid of all traces of it, and reloading but it still lwont work.

I have a Torch9800 OS 6 and a playbook, and neither will work.

On my Vista PC, desktop software works but will not sync with Torch. It will work with my Bold and my Pearl. All have OS 6
