DM on Vista throwing errors

Once I connect my 8330 Curve, the PIN is recognized and the sync begins. Once it completes the Reading from Microsoft Outlook Calendar, I get an error saying "Blackberry Desktop Manger has stopped working". I have 2 choices to close the program or search online. The search produces nothing.

Make certain your USB cable is connected to one of the PC's main rear USB ports. Not a USB hub, nor a monitor USB port, nor a USB port on the front of the PC.
