One user has started experiencing major synch problems. I downloaded the most recent Desktop Manager, Uninstalled the old, and installed 4.5 on a couple of computers. While synching, the program will crash, bringing up the Microsoft Error Reporter prompt to send or not send the error, but in the background, Desktop Manager is still synching data. Once I confirm it crashed, Desktop Manager shuts down. This happens with multiple machines synching to different BB's, all using BIS. Logs show that everything went smoothly. Sometimes the crash is an actual crash, and the synch is incomplete. Once in a while, it's a fake, as the data keeps synching.
any ideas as to why it crashes? (XP SP2, BB Pearl Rogers, BB 7100i Telus, DM 4.2-4.5)
