This happens during 'organizer sync' after it has read through the device calendar and while (at the end of ?? ) reading through the lotus calendar.
I'm running Lotus 8.0.2 FP 1
to make it worse, about half the time it leaves the device in a 'hung' or 'locked' state. The only way to return the handheld to operation is to remove/replace the battery, forcing a reboot.

I am getting the same error. Things were working fine until I allowed an automatic update to install for the desktop software. Does anyone know how to correct this?

I had the exact same issue\error occur. I found another forum that suggested editing your calendar mapping and removing the attendees from syncing. I tried this and now my syncs again.
My guess is that if some of your calendar invites have to large of list of invitees and it crashes the sync to your blackberry.

It is a nice workaround, worked for me too.
However, it is unacceptable for Blackberry not having it fixed. It is a shame that the software crashes. It is not the user fault that the attendies list is too big for Blackberry Desktop Manager to handle. I hope someone will read this and fix it. I do not believe that no one reported this problem to the support.
