'DNS Soft Error looking up domain.com

We are getting loads errors when trying to email people from our BB's it seems RIM's servers are not updating correctly and we keep getting these messages.


The recipient is on Office365 and Microsoft have confirmed there are no issues with their systems, we have spoken to the hosting company and again no issue there.  Please help.

The reason for the problem:

5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 'DNS Soft Error looking up embassymayfair.com (MX) while asking ns.supportwizard.net. Error was: unable to reach nameserver on any valid IP'
