DP PICTURE REMAINED UNCHANGED

MY DISPLAY PICTURE HAS JUST REFUSED TO CHANGE I HAVE DONE ALL I CAN TO GET IT FIXED IE HARD RESET DELETING THE PICTURE FROM MY PHONE,REMOVED MY SIM FOR A WHILE ALONG SIDE MY BATTRY, I HAVE EQUALLY REDUCED MY CONTACT LIST TO 93CONTACTS FROM 170 CONTACT. PLEASE I NEED HELP!!

Have you tried to reinstall BBM ! If not try it to see if that helps , for that On your Homescreen Go to Options > Device Application Management > Locate and delete BlackBerry Messenger from there. After deleting do a Battery Pull Restart like this device POWERED ON remove the battery wait a min. then re-insert it back .

 

After reboot from your BlackBerry Browser browse to  www.blackberry.com/bbm and the most recent available for your device .After reinstalling see if that helps

Note :

If you're having BBM7 then your BBM Contacts are integrated with your BlackBerry ID , after installing when you login with your BlackBerry ID your Contacts will be restored back , but if you're having any previous persion then first do a local backup , you can backup in your Media card, refer to this KB for further  help
