I recently attempted to log on to American Airlines GOGOINFLIGHT. My Blackberry Bold will now not access any E-mail on wifi. I can browse the web and log in to Facebook etc but it cannot access E-mail.. We have 2 service providers in the Cayman Islands, Digicel and LIme. They tried to fix it but the E-mail will only work through the mobile network. I travel a lot and don't want to incur roaming charges so I need to get the wifi for E-Mail working again. Can you help me? I also want to warn your customers against trying to use the inflight wifi.

Can you provide your PIN number in a private message so I can investigate further? Also are you leaving your home country when trying to access your email via Wi-Fi?
