Dear RIM

I have few problems with this new torch

1. freezing up for 3 sec everytime i unlock the phone

2. any other language support? 

3. Research in motion. I think the only company who doest care the customers. how is it that i have to be asked to pay in order to talk to the tech support Smiley Happy? just curious.


anyways, anyone else on the same boat?



P.S. please please please give us some other language support

When you registered for this forum, you would/should have noticed that this is a USER-TO-USER, community support forum... that means it is not USER-TO-RIM or RIM-TO-USER...

The EULA and/or email you got would have mentioned that.


So, your service provider, in this case ATT, would provide the warranty support for the device.


Try calling Honda in Japan or Mercedez in Germany to complain that your auto is getting bad gas mileage or that your doorlock is stubborn to open.
